Come and join me at Gather Space in the Dolphin Centre for a taster session of Social Superstars!
This session will be 45 minutes and will include 20 minutes of singing, signing and dancing, 20 minutes of theme time and 5 minutes of calming time under the mindfulness parachute.
The theme for this session is – A DAY AT THE SEASIDE!
There will be water included in theme time, so please feel free to bring a towel, although I will also have some with me.
Tickets are £8 each and there are 15 spaces available for this session.
