Inside Our Toddler Class Training!
Wow, where do we start? What a fantastic weekend for our Bloom toddler class franchise training weekend. This was our second training weekend for our new franchise opportunity. We welcomed a further eight franchisees ready and eager to learn how to run their very own toddler classes.
Amongst the group, were ladies whose territories spread far and wide. Trafford, St Helens, South Liverpool, Newcastle, North Tyneside and Durham as well as Paphos – our first international franchisee all the way from sunny Cyprus.
Our head office training weekend is a jam-packed occasion. It supports all franchisees in delivering our expertly designed content to toddlers ages 15 months to pre-schoolers aged 4 years old.
Franchisees learn our bespoke soundtrack, practice our toddler dance moves and perfect our expertly designed toddler activities. It really is amazing to see each individual ‘Bloom’ and it certainly leaves all feeling confident for their toddler classes to launch across the UK and beyond!
Our training programme doesn’t stop there!
Additional Training
Prior to in person training, franchisees are offered a heavily researched and tried and tested online training programme. This takes place with both franchisors and our franchise support manager, Paula and is another opportunity to develop. The programme covers all aspects of training including, social media, marketing, budgeting, policies and procedures and lots more. We are proud to offer an extensive training programme teaching our Bloom business model. As a result, franchisees are propelled into their launch and their toddler classes are profitable very quickly.
